The vertical mouse is very comfortable to use and doesn’t take long to get used to. I was suffering from pain in my wrist after using a traditional mouse for many years now I’m pain free just by changing my mouse.

Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • is this right-handed?

Yes- this mouse is a right-handed model.

  • Is this mouse compatible with the iMac computer?

Yes it is compatible with all mac OS computers

  • Hi, I bought this mouse a year ago and I love it, but I have lost my usb receiver, is there a way to buy a replacement receiver?

    Hi Francesca,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Unfortunately, we are unable to process an order for just the USB Receiver.

The USB Receiver you received upon purchase is synced with its specific mouse

  • Can this come in a wired version?

    Hi Ian,

Thank you for your interest in our products!

The Ergo Comfi Mouse does not come in a wired version.

  • Is it possible to get a replacement USB charging cord?

Unfortunately, we do not have a separate order for the USB charging cord only as it comes in one box with the mouse. In this case, you will need to purchase a new mouse or find a similar charging cord - USB type A to DC(3.0 x 1.1 mm).

  • How big is the USB? I want a very small one that I can leave in my laptop.

The USB Receiver is about 1.5 x 1.8 cm.

  • Is this rechargable as the reviews I have seen says it comes with a usb charging cable others say it takes a battery. Your website does not mention this, however in one of the questions below it says the new model is rechargable. Therefore if I order one now will it be the rechargable type?

Yes the latest model features a built-in rechargeable battery which is charged via the included USB charging cord.

  • Hi, I received my mouse. The box and manual all indicate that the mouse takes AAA batteries but there is no battery slot, there is a cord so I assume it is rechargeable but I can't find any info on how long it is to charge for, how I know when it is charged or when it needs recharging, how long I can expect the charge to last for etc . Can you please clarify/ point me towards a manual for the mouse I received? Many thanks

Sorry for any confusion, Leah. The one you got is the new version of Ergo Comfi Mouse. It has a lithium battery and comes with a USB cord that needs to be plugged into the computer to charge. A blue light turns on inside to indicate charging, once fully charged the blue light turns off. Charging time takes no longer than a day. It also has a USB Receiver as it is wireless connection and has on/off button. We are currently in the process of updating the user manual and website to reflect this information.

Yes, Ergo Comfi Mouse is available in right and left hand wireless models.

  • Hello, what does the middle button do? I am searching for a mouse that enables me to scroll without without resistance. thank you

Thank you for your enquiry. The middle button is a scroll wheel that is easily able move with minimal resistance. The smaller button beside the scroll wheel controls the DPI of the mouse. I hope this answers your question. Any further questions email us at info@nomorepainergonomics.com.au

  • Hi, do you still wired type for this mouse? Thanks

Thanks for your question - unfortunately the Ergo Comfi only comes in a wireless version.  The mouse we have in our range that has a wired option is the ErgoFeel Vertical Ergonomic Mouse.  The ErgoFeel is suitable for medium-large hands - please have a browse and see if this mouse would be suitable for your needs.
