Shipping Services: We primarily use Australia Post for shipping, although some orders may ship via courier services.

All returned products must be in "as new" condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Products showing signs of "wear and tear" or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for a refund, as these cannot be resold.

Exchanges

Great arm support

I have had one of these for 20 years and I love it. Now that I will be working from home more often I have bought a second one because I get a sore wrist if I don’t use it. I highly recommend - it’s a great support and easy to use once you get use to the motion.

  • Hi, could you tell me what is the minimum and maximum desk width that the arm rest will securely clamp onto?

    Hi Laura! The desk clamp range is 1.5 cm to 4.3 cm.

  • Hi, I would like to purchase the ergorest arm support with the extension kit but can't find details of the height measurement this adds to the arm.     Hi Sally! The Ergorest Arm Rest has a 65mm base rod pre-installed, there are then two extension rods that can be added, one 100mm, the other 200mm. If an extension rod is added, the height can be adjusted via the locking screw.

  • Is this sold as a set or is this for one side only?

    Hi Rob! If you want to have arm rest support on both side, you will have to purchase two Ergorest Arm Rest as they are not sold as a set.

  • how much does it weigh? is it compatible with a standup desk?

    The ergorest arm rest weighs approximately 500g and is compatible with standing desks.

  • Hi. What is the difference with this one and the other one for $85? Would this assist with eating? My son has a tremor and struggles to get the food to his mouth.

    We usually recommend forearm supports in an office set-up to reduce the neck, shoulder and forearm pain or fatigue when the there is not enough area to rest you arms on the desk or if the chair is lacking arm rest.

    I would recommend using our 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our products.
