The Ischial Tuberosity Support Cushion is the ideal solution for your sit bones and coccyx (aka Tail Bone or Sacrum) bone pain associated with sitting for extended periods or recent injury to your ischial tuberosity bones (e.g. bruising or fracture).

The Ischial Tuberosity Support Cushion helps to relieve bone pain by reducing the pressure applied to the Ischial Tuberosity bones when sitting down. As it provides your hips and buttocks with a soft cushioning support, it does not apply any pressure to your Ischial Tuberosity bones. It has cutaway sections to allow the sit bones to rest without any pressure on them. A contoured cushion section is also positioned to relieve your coccyx (tail) bone. Returns/Exchange

• Unfortunately, due to hygiene requirements, this item cannot be returned or exchanged, after opening from packaging and using. We recommend you inspect the product upon receiving and before removing from its original packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

Condition of Returned Items

All returned products must be in "as new" condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Products showing signs of "wear and tear" or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for a refund, as these cannot be resold.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping or freight costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. If an item is exchanged more than twice, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover the associated shipping costs. Please speak to our customer service team to obtain a quote.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
