I bought the Ergoslider as I get migraines, a sore neck and shoulder from mouse use. I like that it is ambidextrous as that means I can use both hands. I am however still experiencing a sore shoulderblade and neck when I use it, but it has been a chronic problem for a while so it may take time. I am struggling to find a comfortable position for the keyboard behind the slider. I have a smaller one without numbers on the side, but it it is too low to use easily and when I put it on a book it still doesnโt feel comfortable and itโs causing discomfort in my hand and wrist. So unfortunately it hasnโt been the answer I was hoping it would be. Iโm open to any feedback or suggestions as to how to make it work better with the keyboard. I donโt really like resting my hands on the ergo pad as I am used to just typing with my hands floating. Thanks for any help.
