The vast majority of our items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Brisbane, with some items dispatched from Sydney or Melbourne.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries, though some orders may be shipped via courier. Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can monitor its journey right to your doorstep. We know our customers value quick solutions for pain relief, and we’re committed to delivering your ergonomic product as swiftly as possible.
Standard Shipping
We use either Australia Post or a Courier to ship our products to you. If you choose Standard Shipping, please allow the following timeframes for your order to arrive:
Metro Locations = 2 - 4 Business Days
Regional Locations = 3 - 5 Business Days
Remote Locations = 4 - 8 Business Days
Other International Locations = 10 - 20 Business Days
Express Shipping
We are able to offer express shipping on selected items available from our warehouse. If express shipping is available, it will present as an option during the checkout process.
