We accept: Visa/Master/American Express Card, Bank Direct Deposit, PayPal and Purchase Orders.
Order processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin order processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding QLD & VIC Public holidays. For credit card and PayPal payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation.
Paying by Credit Card
Paying with credit card is easy and extremely safe. All transactions are made through Stripe's online payment gateway, all data are encrypted using the latest SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) before being sent over the internet. We do not store any of our customer’s credit card information.
Your credit card will be charged when you place the order to better ensure that the goods are packed and shipped with the minimum of delay.
Paying by Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer
We use Commonwealth Bank and you can simply choose to pay by transferring funds from your bank account directly into ours via internet banking.
Our bank details and payment instructions will be provided upon completion of checkout. It generally take 1-2 working days before our bank pass your payment to us. After receiving your payment your order will be dispatched.
Note: Stock is not allocated to your order until full payment is received, so it is best that you make your payment as soon as possible after placing an order.
Paying online with PayPal®
We accept online payments via the PayPal payment system. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. It’s greatest advantage is that payments are made immediately – much quicker than sending bank transfers.
If you’d like to find out more about the system, visit www.paypal.com.au. Setting up a PayPal account may take up to two weeks to process due to identity verification checks, but this is all in the interest of your own security. Once it’s up and running, you’ll find it’s a fast, safe and easy way to pay!
Paying by Company Purchase Order
We accept Company Purchase Orders. Simply place your order online and select Company Purchase Order as the payment option during the checkout. Once you have completed checking out, you will need to email us a copy of the Purchase Order. This should be emailed to info@nomorepainergonomics.com.au . Once the Purchase Order is received and verified, your order will be processed.
